With our combined 30+ years of Real Estate experience and 60+ years in banking and finance we will help you understand the entire process, explaining the transactions and forms, providing experienced lenders, home Inspectors and a 15 point plan for dealing with new construction.

We have two daughters and four grandchildren. We are long time residents of central Ohio, living in Gahanna 35 years and recently living in Pickerington. We are members of the Gahanna Kiwanis club supporting programs for children and the community. Terry served in the Navy during the Viet Nam War.

Terry has the following Real Estate Designations: GRI Graduate Real Estate Institute, RENE Real Estate Negotiation Expert and RRS Residential Relocation Specialist. Terry has completed over 300 hours of continuing education classes and over 500 real estate transactions.

Laura has over 140 hours of Real Estate Education just completed. She recently retired from a career in banking and has become a Realtor. Laura has an undergraduate degree from Miami University with a double major in Finance and General Business and a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. Laura has 40 years of banking experience in Finance and Technology. Laura is a current president of Gahanna Kiwanis (4 years serving), had donated 12+ gallons of blood with the Red Cross and is on church council (Finance Officer) for Redeemer Lutheran Church.
